Recorded and mixed at Sydney's Trackdown Studios, Macbeth draws together progressive rock, contemporary orchestral writing and jazz influences into a richly cinematic score, tracing the psychological descent of its central characters across eight expansive movements. Christopher Gordon is an internationally acclaimed Australian composer whose work spans concert music, ballet, film and television. His extensive screen credits include Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, Mao’s Last Dancer, Ladies in Black, Daybreakers and Adore, earning numerous awards and nominations including an Emmy nomination and multiple AACTA and Screen Music Awards. He has also composed for major ensembles including the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Australian Chamber Orchestra and Omega Ensemble, while his ballet work includes commissions for The Australian Ballet, Royal New Zealand Ballet and West Australian Ballet.

Gordon’s music is characterised by its breadth, drawing on orchestral, choral, jazz, electronic and contemporary influences. His work has also featured at major international events including the opening ceremony of the 2006 Commonwealth Games and the 2003 Rugby World Cup. In 2025, he was recognised with the Distinguished Services to the Australian Screen award for his outstanding contribution to Australian screen music. Macbeth brings together many of these influences in one of his most ambitious works to date, combining expansive orchestral writing with progressive rock and contemporary elements to create a richly cinematic interpretation of Shakespeare’s tragedy.

Robert Vincent Releases His Single ‘Separate The Fiction From The Fact’ on 6th November From Next Year’s Album of the Same Name

The single ‘Separate The Fiction From The Fact’ opens a new chapter for award-winning Liverpool singer-songwriter Robert Vincent. Expansive, soulful and thought-provoking, the title track takes Vincent's roots songwriting into atmospheric folk-rock and psychedelic territory, bringing a distinctly late-60s/70s character to his unmistakable voice and writing. At the heart of the song - and the forthcoming album - is a search for truth in an age of noise, misinformation and division. Vincent looks outward at an increasingly uncertain world while questioning his own place within it: what can one person change, and can writing songs ever be enough?

Robert says “I look at the world and wonder what I can actually do to change anything. Am I enough just writing songs about these things? But it's all I've ever known, and I believe words have power. We're living in a strange time. It's getting harder to know what's true and what's not. We're fed what people want us to see, pushed further apart, turned against each other. Sometimes it feels like we're living in the very future Orwell and Huxley warned us about.

“But I'm not just pointing the finger at the world. I'm questioning myself too. Could I be a better person? Have I learnt from my mistakes? How do we find love and hope when everything around us feels so divided? I don't have the answers. It's never as simple as writing a love song and hoping everything will be alright. But I still believe we have to keep trying”.

That's what ‘Separate The Fiction From The Fact’ is about. Trying to make sense of it all, finding some truth in the noise, remembering what's important and believing that as people we all have a resonance that can bring a change for good.

Dear Therapist, What’s Eating J.Edmond? is a new 11-track power-pop/rock album from J.Edmond that explores mental health, relationships, identity, personal struggles, and the process of trying to understand yourself.

The album features performances and production from an accomplished group of musicians, including Fernando Perdomo, A. Michael Collins, Paul Chastain, Danny Henry, Tommy Hayes, and voice samples of his late friend Brandon “Slim” Polin. Executive Produced by Grammy award-winner Greg Richling, former 20 year member of The Wallflowers and current producer of music documentaries such as Immediate Family and Give Me a Word: The Collective Soul Story + others.

J.Edmond performs vocals and guitar throughout the album. Fernando Perdomo contributes guitar, lead guitar, bass, drums and mellotron, with additional performances from the album’s guest musicians including Paul Chastain of Velvet Crush/Matthew Sweet fame.

Dear Therapist, What’s Eating J.Edmond? releases October 23, 2026. The album is available digitally and on CD and vinyl. A music video for the song “Dreams” will be released alongside the album.

Many of the songs on the album deal with mental health, relationships, identity, fear, and the feeling of trying to understand why you think and feel the way you do. During the making of the album, J.Edmond was dealing with major changes in his life, including discovering that he is autistic. Says J.Edmond, “The songs came from a pretty wide range of experiences, but they all felt connected once I started putting the album together. I wanted the record to sound like me — honest and personal, but still energetic and fun to listen to.”

The album represents an important new chapter for J.Edmond as an independent artist, following a difficult period involving health challenges, personal changes, and ultimately choosing to self-release the music rather than continue pursuing a traditional record-label arrangement.

In closing, J.Edmond has this to say: “It’s okay not to have yourself completely figured out.”

“I’ve spent a lot of time thinking that I needed to have everything under control or that I needed to fit into somebody else’s idea of who I was supposed to be. I’m learning that being honest about who you are — including the messy parts — is a much healthier way to live.”

“If somebody hears this album and recognizes a piece of themselves in it, then I’ve done what I wanted to do. You don’t have to have all the answers before you’re allowed to make something meaningful.”

Today, October 23, 2026, Signal Meridian releases their debut album Signals in Autumn on Blue Élan Records. The new album reimagines classic Strawbs tracks from across their storied history.

Signal Meridian sounds like a forgotten progressive-rock group of the ‘70s. It’s not. It’s happening right now. It’s a collective of top-flight session musicians and vocalists enlisted by Kirk Pasich to reimagine and reinvent the song catalogs of underappreciated artists from the progressive rock genre and beyond.

Signals in Autumn, the first of four planned chapters (all featuring different groups), is inspired by the music of Strawbs, a U.K. band that has reinvented itself four times, and produced such alumni and collaborators as Yes’ Rick Wakeman, Fairport Convention’s Sandy Denny, and Blue Weaver, a keyboardist who went on to play with the Bee Gees and Average White Band. Formed in 1963 by Dave Cousins and Tony Hooper as the bluegrass duo Strawberry Hill Boys, the band transformed into British folk-rockers among contemporaries such as Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, Fotheringay, Pentangle and Richard and Linda Thompson. A progressive art-rock phase ensued with keyboardist Wakeman before Strawbs launched into a more hard-rocking, commercially successful phase in 1972 with the addition of singer/songwriter/guitarist Dave Lambert to the writing team of Cousins and Chas Cronk.

“From bluegrass to folk to prog to rock, Strawbs kept reinventing themselves,” said Pasich. “I wanted to reintroduce great songwriters in a contemporary way, with world-class players and singers. Also, to remind people that prog is not just in 7/4 time with 43-minute-long tracks and technical proficiency.”

While at UCLA in the mid-1970s, Pasich became a fan of not only Strawbs, but progressive acts like Kansas, Triumvirat, and Camel, and has long wanted to redeem the often critically ignored, maligned genre. The 10 Strawbs tracks on Signals in Autumn come from six studio albums released in six years. All those albums, including stints on the A&M, Oyster, and Arista labels, are represented on Signals in Autumn, none of them cracking the Top 100 on the U.S. charts -- Bursting at the Seams (1973), All Our Own Work (1973), Hero and Heroine (1974), Nomadness (1975), Burning for You (1977), and Deadlines (1978).

With Pasich at the helm, the idea was not a tribute or covers album, but a chance to “reveal new versions just as rich and rewarding as pop recordings that revisit early songs, with fresh ears and artistic freedom.”

Kirk tapped keyboardist Sasha Smith as co-producer “to help shape every aspect of the recording process.” Smith is an L.A.-based musician who has worked with a wide range of artists, including Cat Power, Ariana Grande, Ann Wilson, Sia, and the Wallflowers, and released a solo instrumental album, New Leaves, on Blue Élan. They were joined by a veritable all-star team, including guitarists Val McCallum (Jackson Browne, Lucinda Williams, Sheryl Crow and his own Jackshit combo with Elvis Costello drummer Pete Thomas) and Nashville-to-LA native Adam Gimenez (Paris Jackson, 3OH!3, Savannah Pope). The group is rounded out by bassist Kurtis Keber and female drummer Jordan West, who doubles as Grace Potter’s rhythm section, along with longtime Billy Idol keyboardist Paul Trudeau (whose own solo album, Lost Diamond Boy, was released on Blue Élan last year). The four lead vocalists are Blue Élan’s Bernie Barlow (eight years with the Moody Blues, plus Sarah McLachlan and Melissa Etheridge), Vanessa Bryan (Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, The Killers, Idina Menzel), Holly Palmer (David Bowie, Gnarls Barkley, Dr. Dre, Allee Willis), and Jordan West (who also has a solo album on Blue Élan on tap).

Signals in Autumn offers the perfect showcase for those powerful female voices, with Bryan belting out “Heartbreaker,” the first focus track, featuring some jagged guitar riffs from McCallum and Gimenez, a track from ‘77’s Burning for You, while Bryan’s and Barlow’s pipes make “The Last Resort,” the second single, one of the album’s highlights. The eclectic styles represented, from Bryan’s slow-burning ballad “Carry Me Home,” Palmer’s take on “Don’t Try to Change Me,” and the Stonesy-Chuck Berry R&B number, “Little Sleepy,” given a raucous treatment by Barlow, to the epic three-part art-rock set piece, “Autumn,” with lead vocals by Jordan West, show how multifaceted the band’s primary songwriters – Dave Cousins, Chas Cronk, and Dave Lambert – really were.

The album was recorded in five days at Dave’s Room Recording Studio, engineered and mixed by Steve Olmon, and mastered by Stephen Marsh of Marsh Mastering. Signals in Autumn is the first of a four-part series that will reimagine overlooked songs of the past, not necessarily just in the progressive genre, either.

“Progressive rock provides the starting point because it contains a remarkable body of songwriting that I believe deserves continued exploration,” Pasich pointed out. “But the philosophy itself isn’t limited to progressive rock. Great songs exist everywhere. What will connect future Signal Meridian projects won’t be style or instrumentation. It will be craftsmanship, emotional honesty and the belief that exceptional songwriting continues revealing new possibilities over time.”

Pasich is planning for an eventual Signal Meridian tour and looking to brand the semi-permanent collective in the mode of the rotating cast of characters in the Alan Parsons Project.

“The core musicians will largely stay the same from album to album, though we may use an occasional guest vocalist,” he noted. “But this stuff isn’t easy to play live.”

New from Y&T: More demo recordings by Badfinger’s Tom Evans

I Believe In You is the follow-up release to 2024’s I Am Myself, a new collection of never-before-heard demo recordings by Liverpool’s Tom Evans, bassist and co-lead singer of the iconic power pop group Badfinger. It will be released as a limited-edition CD by Y&T Music and available on all streaming platforms on October 30, 2026..

Like his Badfinger bandmate Pete Ham, Tom Evans was a prolific songwriter; he gave the quartet many of their greatest “deep cuts,” including “Money,” “It’s Over,” “Believe Me” and “Blind Owl.” Evans and Ham co-wrote “Without You,” which went to No. 1 for both Harry Nilsson and Mariah Carey, and is considered by many to be one of the greatest pop ballads of all time.

He sang lead on “Come And Get It,” Badfinger’s smash hit debut, written and produced by Paul McCartney; his soaring tenor voice made “Maybe Tomorrow,” recorded for the Beatles’ Apple Records when they were still calling themselves The Iveys, an international sensation.

Among the 20 tracks on I Believe In You, six went on to be recorded by Badfinger: “Money,” “When I Say,” “Blind Owl,” “Queen Of Darkness,” “Lost Inside Your Love” and “Sail Away”. Another song, “Get To You” went on to be released by The Dodgers in 1976 as the B-side of their debut single, “Don’t Let Me Be Wrong.”

Performed mainly on acoustic guitar plus some on electric guitar or piano, with some assistance on guitar and backing vocals from Badfinger/Dodgers member, Bob Jackson, the album showcases Tommy’s growing maturity as a serious songwriter and lyricist during the 1970s spanning the middle period of his musical career between 1970-1977.

I Believe In You came to be after an exhaustive 2 year search for previously unheard songs and demo versions of well known Tom Evans tracks for Badfinger and The Dodgers. The recordings were once again compiled & edited by Tom Brennan, and restored & mastered by Kevin McElligott.

Marianne Evans shared photos from her personal collection for the 12-page booklet included with this new collection and Tim Boyle took the front cover photo. Released with the full support and cooperation of the Evans Estate, I Believe In You is a limited edition of 1200 CDs.

Earlier in 2026, Y&T Music issued Miniskirts And Rainbows, their 2nd collection of unreleased demo recordings by The Iveys, which included Tom Evans on rhythm guitar and vocals.

Stockton, NJ - Jeff Cannata, best known for his acclaimed work under the Arc Angel banner, returns with a brand-new chapter in his musical journey. Reintroducing the project as Arc Angel Cannata, he will release the highly anticipated new album A Kaleidoscope of Madness through Deko Entertainment on October 16, 2026.

A multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer, Cannata first gained recognition as a founding member of the influential 1970s progressive rock band Jasper Wrath, which toured extensively before disbanding in 1976. Following the group's dissolution, Cannata shifted his focus toward a more melodic and expansive studio-driven vision.

Partnering with former Jasper Wrath bandmate Michael Soldan, Cannata developed what would become the legendary Arc Angel project. The duo attracted the attention of Portrait/CBS Records, resulting in the release of the self-titled Arc Angel album in 1983. Featuring fan favorites such as "Stars" and "Tragedy," the album showcased contributions from acclaimed musicians including Jeff Bova and future Bon Jovi bassist Hugh McDonald. Produced with the involvement of industry veterans Tony Bongiovi, Lennie Petze, and Lance Quinn, the record remains a beloved classic among melodic rock and AOR enthusiasts worldwide.

Now, more than four decades later, Cannata revives the Arc Angel name with A Kaleidoscope of Madness, a powerful new collection that continues his signature blend of melodic rock, AOR, progressive rock, and art-rock influences.

Ferrara, known worldwide for building entire compositions with the two-handed tapping technique, leads the band through seven tracks and 45 minutes that pair deeply emotional melodies and chord progressions with odd-meter riffing, epic 10-minute arrangements and breakdowns that edge into Meshuggah-style math metal. The album is preceded by two singles, "Monolith" and the title track.

About the Album

Creatures of Symmetry is 45 minutes of intensity by every metric. Across seven songs, Ferrara moves from delicate, singable melodies to crushing polyrhythmic breakdowns, often within the same piece. Several tracks stretch past the 10-minute mark, giving themes room to build, fracture and return.

The result sits somewhere few instrumental records go: memorable enough to hum, complex enough to count along to, and heavy enough to feel in your chest. With no vocals, the bass, keyboard and drums carry every hook, and the album lives up to the band's unofficial motto: "We make grown men cry."

"I think of it as if Thom Yorke and Tomas Haake had a baby — one that just looks a little more like Yorke," says Ferrara. "I took solo bass pieces of mine and reimagined them. These songs had so much potential to sound huge, nuanced and powerful, and I think the three of us achieved exactly that. I am very proud of this album, from the richness of the compositions to the playing and the production!"

"Monolith" — "Monolith" showcases the band's signature approach to arrangement and musicianship: bass tapping, fluid role-switching as bass and keyboards trade melody and low-end duties, and virtuosic drumming woven through several distinct movements. "The idea was to bring the listener from whisper quiet with an eerie chord progression to madness by the time it reaches the heavy, mathy riff in the middle," says Ferrara. "I think we achieved it pretty well :)"

"Creatures of Symmetry" — Clocking in at 10:22, the title track is a prog epic that covers the most sonic terrain on the album. It moves through Ferrara's signature "tremolo tapping" technique, odd-time grooves and memorable melodies, then a chaotic bridge that builds into a solo section where all three members shine.

In marking the death of David Cousins on 13 July 2025, Witchwood Records is absolutely delighted to announce the release of the first recording from Strawbs 50th Anniversary – ‘Grave New World Live’. This will be released as a limited pressing, just 1,000 for the world, gatefold LP with booklet – presented libretto-style, as was the original studio album. This is the first of a series of recordings to be released from Strawbs 50th. This release captures the only ever concert rendition of this landmark record.

Grave New World, released on 4 February 1972, reached number 11 in the UK Albums chart, selling almost 100,000 copies in the UK alone. It was one of the albums of which David Cousins was most proud. He continued to perform songs such as New World and Benedictus throughout his career.

In developing Strawbs 50th Anniversary, to be held in Lakewood, New Jersey, USA from 26 April through 28 April 2019, David decided that the programme should include the only live performance of the album. As such, he invited Wesley Stace to collaborate with him in writing a narration for this ‘theatrical performance’.

John Ford and Blue Weaver, both of whom had performed on the original album, were invited to take part. They were joined by Wesley Stace, Eric Bazilian (of the Hooters), Tony Fernandez, Brian Willoughby and Cathryn Craig. With only an afternoon’s rehearsal, the performance took place on the early evening of 27 April. As would be the case for a theatrical performance or classical concert, the audience was asked not to applaud until the end.

In addition to the numbers that David sang, and Wesley’s narration, John Ford sang Heavy Disguise and Wesley performed The Flower and the Young Man.

David’s ill health, together with COVID-19, meant that it wasn’t possible for Grave New World Live to be completed as soon as he would have wished. Work had already been started by Larry Fast, a pioneer in electronic music production, and record producer Blue Weaver, before David’s death in July 2025. In accordance with his wishes, this recording, on vinyl like the original, is now presented as the first major work from the 50th Anniversary. Unlike many “live” albums, however, the songs are heard as they were performed.

Guitar Virtuoso Harvey Valdes to Release New Improvisational Pedal Steel Album Lumora September 18

Guitar virtuoso Harvey Valdes is set to release his new album Lumora on September 18, 2026 on 7D Media. Lumora is an intimate solo pedal steel guitar recording that explores atmosphere, melody, and improvisation through the unique voice of the instrument. Stripped of accompaniment, the album invites listeners into a spacious sonic landscape where tone, resonance, and silence become as important as the notes themselves.

Although the pedal steel is often associated with country music, this recording presents the instrument in a different light. Drawing from ambient music, classical influences, and contemporary improvisation, the album reflects my ongoing search for a personal musical language on the pedal steel. Rather than relying on the instrument's traditional vocabulary, Valdes explores it as an expressive, orchestral voice capable of remarkable nuance, color, and emotional depth.

Every piece was created as a complete improvisation, without predetermined structures or written compositions. Valdes approached each performance with openness, allowing melody, harmony, texture, and form to emerge naturally in the moment. The result is music that often unfolds with the coherence and emotional arc of carefully composed works while retaining the immediacy and spontaneity of improvisation. Rather than emphasizing virtuosity, the focus is on creating mood, space, and emotional connection, inviting listeners to slow down and discover the subtle details that emerge over time.

The album was recorded over the course of a single day, capturing a moment when exploration gave way to acceptance. Says Valdes, “After living with the challenges and endless possibilities of the pedal steel, I felt a need to let go of analysis and simply play. The recording became less about making an album and more about embracing the instrument as it is, allowing each improvisation to unfold naturally. In many ways, this project documents a personal turning point - one that opened the door to a more authentic musical voice.”

The title Lumora suggests light, warmth, and quiet illumination - qualities that reflect the emotional character of the music. Rather than telling a specific story, the album creates a space that is reflective, expansive, and open to personal interpretation.

As a guitarist and multi-instrumentalist, Valdes’ career has taken him through a wide range of musical settings—from Broadway orchestras to world music, the music of Bach, and collaborative projects. This project is a deeply personal artistic statement, placing the pedal steel guitar at the center while exploring the instrument's expressive possibilities as a solo voice.

Says Valdes, “My hope is that Lumora invites listeners into this musical language - not as something to be explained, but as a space to inhabit, where simplicity, texture, and spontaneity reveal their own quiet beauty.”

Swedish Artist Malou Berg Releases the Piece ”SPIRAL - An Inner Journey”

Snäcksjön, Sweden – Malou Mountain Music is thrilled to release her album Spiral - An Inner Journey on all streaming services. Spiral - An Inner Journey, also released as a CD, is the final release in Malou Berg’s series of nine CDs called The Pleiadian Suite.

Malou Berg’s 40-minute piece, “Spiral – An Inner Journey”, takes the listener on a relaxing and life-affirming journey centered on the theme of birth. It all began when Malou wanted to record a longer piece of music, where the music was created from scratch, from the moment producer Lasse Nilsson pressed the record button.

No structure. No melody. No lyrics. No form. It could have ended in chaos. Instead, what emerged was an evocative piece of magical music.

The journey began when world-class percussionist Xavier Desandre Navarres started playing, without a word, on bowls tuned to 639 Hz—that is, the key of E-flat major, but slightly higher than the traditional Western/German tuning. The piece thus follows the ancient, so-called Solfeggio scale, also known as the “frequency of love”. It is linked to the heart chakra, and is believed to create harmony.

“Many of us haven’t had a clue why, but the Solfeggio frequency feels better in the body than the traditional Western scale,” Malou notes. The scale’s fundamental tone created a sort of “drone,” which in turn laid the foundation for Thomas Hellsten’s deeply musical keyboard playing and Malou’s fantastic vocal performances, which convey a wealth of emotional expression. One can only imagine the mutual trust and sensitivity required for this almost telepathic approach to work.

“Even my singing is exactly as it was at the moment of creation—I haven’t re-recorded or edited anything,” Malou reveals, ”but we did add backing vocals and a few other instruments”.

Framed by a drizzling rain and harmonious birdsong, the various parts flow seamlessly into one another.

Sung in Pleiadian, a language Malou herself invented, the song depicts the seed, something rising up, followed by anticipation, expansion, stabilization, form, and structure, before the time has come for birth. Then comes wonder, relaxation, and stillness.

”Spiral - An Inner Journey” was mixed by experienced and highly talented producer/engineer and musician, Lasse Nilsson. When putting the finishing touches to the mix, Lasse consistently started from scratch, in order to maintain a holistic approach to the piece. Malou also wanted to tie the last part to first one so that the listener can play the track on repeat, and not be entirely sure when it starts over.

“I think it’s absolutely the best mix Lasse has ever done with my music,” says Malou. “It’s airy and exciting, yet nuanced.”

Malou’s songs usually arrive fully formed. Melody and lyrics - the whole package - all at once.

Only then her knowledge and experience take over: arrangement, vocal harmonies and general flow.

“When you receive the songs that way, it’s a gift to myself as well. It allows me to listen to the music and take joy in it. Not because I ”made” it, but because I’ve had the privilege of receiving it”.

“Spiral - An Inner Journey” is meditative, harmonious, and dynamic. It lends itself to both active listening and together with other activities. With its sense of presence, rich sensuality, and playfulness, it is a vibrant, pulsating work of total art celebrating life and its origins.

“Given the state of the world right now, anything that can bring a sense of calm to the body and soul is sorely needed,” Malou observes.

Consciously or not, people strive for balance and healing. The ancient Solfeggio scale helps us in this quest. ”Spiral - An Inner Journey” was released on all major streaming services in the spring of 2026. When the decision to also submit ”Spiral” for the Grammy jury’s consideration reached Xavier, the world class percussionist reacted with delight:

GREENE STREET VOL. 2 IS COMING IN THE FALL AND THE FIRST SINGLE “MY LOVE AND I“ IS OUT NOW THROUGH DEKO ENTERTAINMENT.

Stockton, NJ - Greene Street Vol. 2 brings together guitarist Will Sellenraad, bassist Elam Friedlander, and drummer Eric McPherson for a recording rooted in trust, spontaneity, and tradition. Recorded at GB's Juke Joint in New York City on August 15, 2025, the album captures three musicians meeting with a shared commitment to honest interaction and creative discovery.

As a continuation of Greene Street vol.1, this recording reflects an ongoing exploration of the musical relationships, influences, and experiences that have shaped their work in and around New York City's creative music community. Rather than functioning as a showcase for any single musician, Greene Street Vol. 2 presents a genuinely collaborative trio sound, where each voice contributes equally to the direction and character of the music.

The album was recorded in a single afternoon with only a handful of takes devoted to each composition. There was little interest in chasing the perfect production, more so the focus was on as much MoJo as possible. Capturing performances with energy, personality, and the moment itself. The result is a recording that preserves the immediacy of musicians listening and responding to one another in real time. As Sellenraad states, “This record is the result of us playing a lot over the years. We had the opportunity to get in the studio and really wanted to get as analog as possible with this recording. We hope you can feel it”

The repertoire balances original compositions with material drawn from the jazz tradition. Sellenraad's compositions "Double Down," "Bean's Blues," and "Icebreaker" sit comfortably alongside interpretations of David Raskin's "My Love and I," Frank Foster's "Raunchy Rita," John Coltrane's "Satellite," and Jerome Kern's classic "Yesterdays." Each selection serves as a starting point for exploration, allowing the trio to move fluidly between structure and improvisation while maintaining a strong sense of melody and swing.

The album opens with a lyrical interpretation of the beautiful "My Love and I," featuring Sellenraad on nylon-string guitar before returning to electric guitar for the remainder of the recording. Throughout the session, Friedlander's deep, resonant bass sound and McPherson's masterful drumming provide a constantly shifting foundation, creating space for conversation rather than accompaniment.

Greene Street Vol. 2 documents a moment. It is the sound of three musicians bringing their individual histories, influences, and instincts into the room and allowing the music to unfold naturally. The album embraces the qualities that have always defined great jazz recordings: communication, risk, lyricism, and the excitement of discovery.
