Iona First Five Albums on Coloured Vinyl

Release date: September 25, 2026

Vinyl lovers of the world can be united in enjoying legendary Celtic progressive rock band Iona’s first five iconic studio albums which are finally available on vinyl for the first time! These albums are:

Iona (1990)
The Book of Kells (1992)
Beyond These Shores (1993)
Journey into the Morn (1996)
Open Sky (2000)

Each double album is specially mastered for vinyl, pressed on 180 gram, heavyweight vinyl, with stunning newly designed artwork and bonus tracks not included on the original CD releases. All of this brings these astonishing albums to life and gives the listener a wonderful, immersive experience. These special vinyl releases are currently available for pre-order, and will be released on Open Sky Records on September 25, 2026.

Iona First Five Albums Vinyl Box Set

Each album is available individually in both black and coloured vinyl versions, as well as in a limited-edition 10-disc box set in black vinyl.

If that wasn't enough, each box set includes a 72-page hardback book, ‘The Studio Files’, a visual time capsule collated by Iona co-founder Dave Bainbridge and beautifully laid out by designer Mike Inns. Featuring photos of recently rediscovered handwritten lyrics, studio track sheets, letters and notes from the time of each album, this book uniquely gives you insights into what the band were thinking and intending with each release.

Also in the box is a numbered certificate hand-signed by Dave Bainbridge.

Quote from Iona co-founder Dave Bainbridge:

“I grew up in the era when vinyl was the default medium to listen to new music on. Taking a new vinyl album out of its sleeve and carefully placing it on the turntable and the needle onto the edge of the album was like a sacred act. Many years before the internet gave us previews of new music, this was usually the very first time that the latest opus from a favourite artist would be heard. The large 12” sleeve format was an accompanying bit of art that I’d stare at whilst listening to the music, absorbing every detail written on the cover about who was playing, what instruments were being used and what the meaning behind the lyrics I was reading could be. By the time Iona the band came into being, CDs had already begun to replace vinyl, and although Iona’s debut album was pressed onto vinyl, most sales were of CD’s and cassette tapes. The vinyl version was more of an afterthought by this time, a respectful nod to a bygone era. Not only did it not include all the tracks, due to the limited space on the medium, the cover was very basic and uninspiring.

Now, a full 36 years since that debut release, Iona has long ceased being a touring and recording band, but amazingly vinyl is once again in fashion as a medium to listen to music on. When I’m on tour with The Colin Blunstone Band we regularly have ‘Record Club’ evenings, where we spend time listening to rare, classic, obscure, old and new albums on vinyl. I love these times as it feels like this setting aside of time to absorb music in this way once again exalts the act of listening to something beyond the everyday.

When Rob at Gonzo Multimedia first mooted the idea of releasing the Iona albums on vinyl, I was immediately excited about the possibilities. Unlike the original vinyl version of the first Iona album, this time we had the opportunity to do it properly. Gatefold sleeves to have a bigger canvas for new, immersive artwork, to match the often vast landscapes conjured by the music; double albums so that not only would all the tracks be present, but that there would be room for some additional bonus tracks. All the albums would be remastered specifically for vinyl by our long time sonic collaborator Nigel Palmer, including some tracks directly from the original master tapes. We’d use the best quality 180 gram vinyl for optimum sound quality and we’d include a signed, numbered certificate in each.

This would have been enough, but the recent rediscovery in my storage unit of the original folders for each of the first five Iona studio albums enabled us to create something truly special. The folders contain Joanne’s original handwritten lyrics, all of the studio track sheets for each song from the albums, letters and notes from the time of each recording, it was a treasure trove, a visual time capsule. This gave us the idea to also include a 72 page hardback book, titled ‘The Studio Files’ which uniquely gives insights into what the band were thinking and intending with each release, by the inclusion of photos of as many of these historical documents as we could fit into the book.

It took a long time to put all of this together, but now, finally, here are the first five, classic Iona albums on vinyl. I hope you will take the time to listen, getting lost in the notes and illustrations on the sleeves and in the book, taking in the music as though you’re hearing for the first time.”

Quote from Iona co-founder David Fitzgerald:

“Iona was formed in 1989, following an impromptu first visit to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. For about three years I had been recording and touring extensively with Adrian Snell on projects such as 'Alpha + Omega', 'Song Of An Exile' and City Of Peace'. It was during the recording of the first project 'A+O' that I first met Dave Bainbridge. Those who attended concerts during those years will have witnessed and experienced the powerful sound of Adrian's vocal delivery & musicianship combined with the immense sound of Dave's keyboards & my assortment of woodwind & reed instruments.

Following what I can only describe as a powerful encounter, feeling for the first time something of that 'thin place' between heaven & earth during those 2/3 days sojourning on Holy Island, I shared this experience with Dave Bainbridge upon arrival for a huge concert of 'Alpha + Omega' in Glasgow. Both of us knew that we had to look more closely at the Celtic Roots of the Christian faith (it's saints, literature & artwork - such as the 'Lindisfarne Gospels' and the 'Book Of Kells').

Soon afterwards, we were offered space in a friend's cottage in Suffolk, where we began to explore musical ideas and delve into the rich tapestry of history and spirituality that was new to us and so enriching. Not long after that, Dave & I journeyed to the Island of Iona - to learn more of the life of Saint Columba and of the 'birthplace of Christianity' in Scotland (in approximately 563 AD).

Special friends, such as Joanne Hogg, Terl Bryant, Nick Beggs & Troy Donockley became central to the vision, music & legacy of Iona). So much more could be shared of these exciting and life-changing early days of the band Iona.

Thanks to the commitment and vision of Dave Bainbridge & Gonzo Multimedia here is a most beautiful and truly exciting new Vinyl Box Set for you to explore - as well as Individual editions of those early, formative years. Thank you Rob Ayling (formerly MD of Voiceprint Records & now Director of Gonzo Multimedia) for this wonderful new edition of these special projects, of the band Iona. Thank you Dave Bainbridge for your heart and commitment over the years, along with producing some of the most phenomenal music on planet earth these last decades. Thank you especially for your friendship in the journey.”

Harmonic Mind, the band's 17th studio album, is another welcome chapter in the ever-evolving Ozric’s story. Named after the geometric structure and harmonic nature of existence, the album weaves together soaring guitar melodies, intricate rhythms, lush synth textures and deep, hypnotic grooves into the kind of free-flowing psychedelic odyssey that has become their trademark.

Recorded at the band's home studios as it gradually took shape across Scotland, Devon and finally Glastonbury, Harmonic Mind also captures something a little different. Featuring the full touring line-up - including drummer Pat Garvey, bassist Corey Wallace, percussionist Paul Hankin and multi-instrumentalist Saskia Maxwell - the album has a natural energy that reflects the chemistry of the band's live performances, with each player bringing their own voice to the music.

Ozric Tentacles - Harmonic Mind Purple Vinyl

A LIMITED PURPLE VINYL LP EDITION IS ALSO AVAILABLE THROUGH OFFICIAL KSCOPE AND OZRIC TENTACLES STORES.

From the driving pulse of "Guardstones" to the cosmic momentum of "Space Platform", Harmonic Mind is packed with the flowing musicianship and exploratory spirit that fans have come to expect and adore. "Malachite" pays tribute to one of Ed Wynne's favourite minerals, while also giving centre stage to his custom sandalwood acoustic from Kif Wood Guitars, complete with a beautiful malachite inlay around the sound hole. It's one of many moments that highlights the warmth and detail running throughout the album, alongside the fluid interplay between Ed Wynne's guitar and Silas Neptune's ever-shifting synth landscapes.

Produced by Ed Wynne and Silas Neptune, with mastering handled by Silas for the first time, the album feels both fresh and reassuringly familiar. Even the return of the beloved Erp on the cover art offers a knowing nod to longtime listeners. There's no radical change of direction here, just Ozric Tentacles doing what they do best.

King Crimson ‘2014 NYC’ 2LP & 2CD To Be Released July 10, 2026

King Crimson - 2014 NYC Cover

New King Crimson LIVE compilation series from the band’s 2014 to 2021 line-up, starting with ‘2014 NYC’
Taken from live multi-track recordings from the band’s electric four-night run in September 2014 (18th – 21st Sept)
Double LP - cut by Jason Mitchell at Loud Mastering and pressed on 200-gram audiophile vinyl
New sleevenotes from King Crimson biographer Sid Smith

Featuring:
Robert Fripp: Guitar, Keyboards
Jakko Jakszyk: Guitar, Vocals
Mel Collins: Sax, Flute
Tony Levin: Bass, Chapman Stick, Backing Vocals
Drummers: Gavin Harrison, Bill Rieflin, and Pat Mastelotto

For King Crimson, New York was never just a tour-stop – it was a recurring stage in the band’s mythology. Starting with the 1969 Fillmore East breakthrough and running through those early-’70s returns, climaxing in the Larks’-era farewell to that chapter at Central Park in 1974.

And when Crimson kept mutating, the city kept calling them back. Robert Fripp later pointed to the six nights at the Savoy in 1981 (after rehearsals tucked away in the garment district) as a high-water mark, and later line-ups - the Double Trio, Double Duo, and a 2008 quintet with newly recruited Gavin Harrison at the Nokia Theatre  continued the Manhattan connection, right up to a major reset at the same venue (by then the Best Buy Theatre) in 2014.

That 2014 band looked like nothing else on the circuit: three drummers lined up across the front - an idea Fripp described as a sudden “point of seeing - turning rhythm into a moving, interlocked engine”.

Crucially, they didn’t treat the back catalogue like museum pieces; they played it as living material, rebuilt with microscopic attention rather than copied note-for-note. The “drumsons” delivered a choreographed surge and uncanny unity (Harrison joked it felt like “one drummer with six legs and six arms”), and a calmer group chemistry let the seven-piece hit with brute force and fine detail at once - refreshing older classics and giving newer pieces extra muscle.

In New York, moments like “Starless,” framed with a deliberate red-light nod to 1974, landed as proof that Crimson could honour its past without slipping into nostalgia: a band that kept reinventing its own language, still pushing forward with no obvious limit.

From 2014 to 2021 King Crimson played music that was, in keeping with Robert Fripp's approach, "new whenever it is performed", freshly minted each night for a new audience to hear. The band would frequently stay in one city for more than one night so that demand for tickets could be met while still appearing in venues where all of the audience could both see and hear fully.

‘2014 NYC’ is the start of a new series (to be released on 2LP and 2CD), compiled from those runs of concerts at a single venue/city and commences from the first year of touring with a set taken from the band's four-night run in NYC in September 2014.

Later this year (Autumn 2026), there will be a 2 x Blu-ray release of King Crimson’s entire 19-date U.S. tour from 2014 which will also include this compilation.

TANGERINE DREAM – 50 YEARS OF PHAEDRA: AT THE BARBICAN – A COMMEMORATIVE PERFORMANCE AT LONDON’S BARBICAN TO HONOUR 50 YEARS OF THE GROUNDBREAKING ALBUM

3 STUNNING EDITIONS SET FOR RELEASE ON 30TH JANUARY 2026

In 1974, Phaedra redefined the landscape of electronic music. What began as an experimental session at Richard Branson’s Manor Studios in Oxfordshire became a seismic event in modern sound. Using the Moog sequencer for the first time, Tangerine Dream - then comprised of Edgar Froese, Christopher Franke, and Peter Baumann - crafted Phaedra, an album that shimmered with innovation, mystery and a palpable sense of discovery.

Half a century later, Tangerine Dream returned to London’s Barbican to honour that landmark work - reimagining it for a new era. Across its three vinyl LPs, 50 Years of Phaedra: At the Barbican captures this transcendent live performance, in which the current line-up - Thorsten Quaeschning, Hoshiko Yamane, and Paul Frick - revisit the spirit of Phaedra with the very tools that Froese and his collaborators helped pioneer.

Part of Phaedra’s magic lay in its imperfections: the original sequences were never truly quantised, their timing drifting unpredictably through the Moog’s analogue circuitry. That subtle instability became part of its charm – a human pulse within the machine - yet it long left current bandleader Thorsten Quaeschning intrigued by what a fully realised version might reveal. Now, fifty years later, Tangerine Dream have revisited the work with the precision that technology once denied them. 50 Years of Phaedra: At the Barbican is the first time Phaedra has been performed fully quantised, each motif beautifully aligned with a crystalline precision previously unheard.

Tangerine Dream live at The Barbican, London

For over five decades, Tangerine Dream have stood as pioneers of electronic sound, shaping the evolution of ambient, film, and synthesiser music. Founded in Berlin in 1967 by Edgar Froese, the group became synonymous with the “Berlin School” of electronic composition, influencing generations of artists from Jean-Michel Jarre and Depeche Mode to Radiohead and M83. Their vast catalogue spans over a hundred albums, including acclaimed film scores for Sorcerer, Risky Business, and Firestarter, and countless live performances that redefined what electronic music could be on stage. Universally recognised for their visionary approach to texture, atmosphere and technology, Tangerine Dream remain one of the most innovative and iconic forces in modern music.

Steven Wilson returns to produce a 2025 Dolby Atmos Mix of King Crimson’s second album plus single B-side Groon, a new 5.1 Surround Mix and a new stereo album mix, while David Singleton contributes Elemental Mixes of four of the album’s key tracks.

The Blu-ray contains all of this material on a single disc with the 5.1 Surround Material presented in DTS-HD-MA and the stereo tracks in Hi-Res Stereo. Joining the new mixes are the complete stereo recording sessions from the entire album, as produced by Alex R Mundy and the disc is completed with a Hi-Res Stereo presentation of the 30th anniversary edition of the original album mix.

The CD features Steven Wilson’s 2025 Stereo Mixes, the Elemental Mixes and the alternate version of Devil’s Triangle originally assembled for the, now unavailable, Sailors’ Tales boxed set.

This is the most complete edition of “In the Wake of Poseidon” ever assembled.

When “In The Wake of Poseidon” was first issued in 1970, Melody Maker ran the unforgettable headline: “If Wagner were alive he’d work with King Crimson”. Stranger still, this was just two months after King Crimson had issued a single “Cat Food” & appeared on Britain’s Top of the Pops miming – as all bands did in those days on the TV show – to a pre-recorded playback of the song.

Strangest of all was, how could a single and an album have even been recorded, when the band had split up in December 1969 following their debut US tour and release of their acclaimed “In The Court of the Crimson King” mere weeks before that? The answer, not for the first or last time in the band’s lengthy career, was Robert Fripp’s determination to keep the band going – whatever it took. In the case of “Poseidon” this involved hiring leaving KC members Michael Giles & Greg Lake and former Giles, Giles & Fripp member Peter Giles as guest musician & bringing in players who would all feature on future KC albums: Keith Tippett, Mel Collins and Gordon Haskell. The result was an album that claimed the band’s highest ever UK chart position (No. 4) and consolidated its position as one of the most original and experimental groups to emerge from the Underground Scene.

For an album that shouldn’t have been recorded by a band that didn’t exist, “In The Wake of Poseidon” continues to intrigue and delight King Crimson fans.

When Steven Wilson first mixed Lizard in stereo and 5.1 with Robert Fripp in 2009, he commented: “For me Lizard has always been an album that was too big for stereo to contain. I’ve always felt that if presented in the right way, I could make a case for this being the most experimental rock record ever made. It’s extraordinary what they’re doing on this album. In terms of fusing free-jazz with progressive rock for me there’s almost no parallel.”

Now, in 2025, Steven has returned to that album and the new mixes merely serve to confirm that analysis.

The 2009 mixes – released at the same time as the much better known Red and In The Court of the Crimson King, did much to focus fan attention on an album which was sometimes overlooked in the Crimson catalogue; Red, Court, Larks’ Tongues in Aspic, Discipline – the various KC incarnations all seemed to have definitive albums which represented certain periods in the band’s ever-changing development but Lizard - a single album group with an expanded line-up which was never played live, a healthy infusion of jazz players and influences, a radical departure from the two previous Crim album releases and more musical ambition than many band’s entire careers - seemed almost forgotten.

But if any album was going to benefit from the more detailed audio that Hi-Resolution and 5.1 Surround created, it was Lizard, and fans old and new eagerly embraced it. By 2016, the latest touring incarnation of the band began to play pieces from the music on stage for the first time with original members from the original recording - Robert Fripp and Mel Collins visibly enjoying playing Cirkus and parts of Lizard. By 2018 Almost all of Lizard was being played as a complete suite, frequently to the sort of reception normally reserved for the likes of Epitaph or the best known of the Crimson songs.

Now, in 2025, Lizard appears in its most complete form yet. Steven Wilson’s new stereo and 5.1 mixes reveal fresh details in the original recordings, the Atmos mix is one of his most ambitious yet working with a recording that always has more to give to en expanded soundstage. If Steven’s mixes detail the best that can possibly be had from the album as presented, then David Singleton’s Elemental mixes probe the nuances of the original recordings and sessions, bringing (previously) background performances to the fore, adding alternate takes of individual performances and exploring different angles for mixing each piece. Working separately and with different remits, the producers bring fresh perspectives to this most intriguing of recordings.

Complementing all of this material, the Blu-ray disc also features Alex R. Mundy’s mixes of every single session from the original 1970 recording sessions along with the original 30th anniversary stereo master.

A CD is also included featuring Steven Wilson’s 2025 stereo mixes of the album and a selection of the Elemental mixes – including the title track.

DGM & Panegyric proudly present…

One of the highlights of the King Crimson 50th anniversary CD/Blu-ray editions to date has been King Crimson producer David Singleton’s series of Elemental Mixes as he utilises the full spectrum of available studio sessions for each album to produce very different takes on the familiar songs and pieces.

This is especially true of Lizard where the ambition of the material, the much-expanded line-up of musicians - the background of many of them in the jazz rather than the rock world - and the number of takes recorded, resulted in a large amount of material to be considered for this album.

There was enough material for David to be able to mix and produce alternate takes for every piece from the original album.

As well as giving great insight into the recordings, the nature of Elemental Mixes allows for different takes from individual musicians to be included – sometimes alongside one another - in a way that would never be considered in the formulation of the original album.

David comments that “When I was working on the Elemental mixes, I jokingly described them as ‘Lizard for those who don’t like Lizard’. They were a complete revelation. Lizard is the one album which, in its initial incarnation, never quite convinced me. And yet these Elemental mixes, with their opportunity to look ‘under the hood’ of the album, revealed something fresh, wonderful and astonishing. So, if you are a King Crimson fan, who like me, has never quite taken Lizard to your heart, then these are essential listening. And hopefully equally fascinating to those who already love the album”.

Presented as a single 200gram LP and including the complete album in Elemental Mixes form, running in the same sequence as the original album, this release showcases Lizard in a very different manner to how it’s previously been heard.

Lizard’s reputation has grown, deservedly so, in recent years as old and new audiences alike rediscovered the album, initially when it was first remixed for new Stereo and 5.1 Surround Sound editions in 2009 by Steven Wilson and then as much of it was performed live for the first time in concerts by the most recent King Crimson line-up between 2016 and 2018.

RESOLUTION ALLEY RELEASES DEBUT ALBUM PIECES OF NEVER ON CD AND VINYL THROUGH DEKO ENTERTAINMENT

RELEASED AUGUST 1, 2025

Stockton, NJ - Resolution Alley is the musical vision of Jason Wilson, a musician and composer hailing from Maryland. Jason released his first album in 1997 as a solo project called Emerald Tiers and the album was entitled, Whisper The First Scene. Jason also sang on the first Dark Aether Project album and performed several shows with them, including opening for The Flower Kings, Anekdotan and Always Almost. Emerald Tiers evolved into more of a band project than a solo effort and, by the time they entered the studio to record a follow-up, the decision was made to change the band's name to Sustained In Jade. In 2002, they released Sketching The Perfect View and continued to perform around DC and Maryland for a couple of more years, including shows with Crack The Sky and King's X.

Now, five years in the making, Pieces Of Never combines 80's pop and rock melodies with progressive rock influences and creates a unique, yet strangely nostalgic sound. Resolution Alley released their first single and lyric video for “The B-Side” in March and follow up “You Are” in May.

View “You Are”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmFdC_brvzc

As Wilson explains, “Pieces Of Never took me a while to complete.  It's not just years of writing music but years of life that inspired these songs.  Some songs were created to help me heal...others just to give a shout to what the world sent my way.”  From the smallest clubs to the Kennedy Center, Jason has shared the stage with some of the biggest names of stage, screen and music. Resolution Alley combines the influence of a career in rock and theater into a distinctive creation.

60TH ANNIVERSARY 2LP EDITION OF THE PRETTY THINGS + LIVE AT THE 100 CLUB SET FOR RELEASE ON MADFISH (1st August 2025)

TRANSPARENT YELLOW & RED VINYL IN WIDE-SPINE PACKAGING

Celebrating six decades since their incendiary arrival, this double LP brings together two distinct yet complementary snapshots of The Pretty Things’ raw power and unfiltered spirit.

Disc one revisits their eponymous 1965 debut - urgent, swaggering and unapologetically loud - a record that sidestepped polish in favour of presence, capturing the band just as they were: sharp-edged, determined, and miles ahead of the curve. From the pounding drive of “Road Runner” to the ragged charm of “13 Chester Street,” this is where their reputation was forged.

The second LP shifts to the heart of London, 2010: The 100 Club. Still charged, still uncompromising, the band tore through a set that balanced reverence with rebellion. Live At The 100 Club is a snapshot of The Pretty Things still locked into the sound and spirit they helped define, with original members Phil May and Dick Taylor leading the charge.

Iona’s Dave Bainbridge To Release 5th Solo Album “On the Edge (of what could be)” On July 18

Dave Bainbridge’s 5th solo album ‘On the Edge (of what could be)’ is perhaps his most ambitious yet. Bringing together all the elements that have characterised his music since he co-founded the band Iona, ‘On the Edge’ brings 83 minutes of new atmospheric, spiritual and powerful music to the listener that defies genre (a bold claim perhaps, but how else do you describe music that truly merges folk, rock, progressive, jazz and modern classical elements with vocals in both Scottish and Irish Gaelic as well as English?

‘On the Edge (of what could be)’ features a stellar cast of musicians including world renowned drum master Simon Phillips (Jeff Beck, Gary Moore, Toto, The Who, Mike Oldfield, Protocol, Hiromi and many more), Uilleann pipes and whistle maestro Troy Donockley (solo artist, Nightwish, Iona, Auri, The Enid, Midge Ure, Maddy Prior etc), Sally Minnear (Lord of the Dance, Pendragon, Celestial Fire etc), Iain Hornal (solo artist, Jeff Lynne’s ELO, 10CC etc), Randy McStine (solo artist, Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree), Ebony Buckle (solo artist, Solstice), Jon Poole (Cardiacs, The Wildhearts, Lifesigns), David Fitzgerald (Iona co-founder), Frank van Essen (Iona, Martin Garrix, Within Temptation, Auri, Barbara Dickson etc), Rachel Walker (renowned singer of Scottish Gaelic folk music) and more.

Exploring themes such as the thin veil between this earthly life and the heavenly, mysterious stories of ancient Celtic saints, the wonder and glory of the natural world, Dave cleverly interweaves these with present day concerns such as climate change and deep societal divisions. However instead of pointing fingers, ‘On the Edge’ encapsulates a deep sense of the sacred and of hope. The hope of what could be in a world of turmoil and uncertainty. Possibly more now than at any point in history, the world needs the artistic community to bring us together and to show us, through great art, just how beautiful and precious this world is, and how much better the way of unity and of love and respect is.

With the combination of this cast of uniquely talented musicians and Dave’s trademark, soaring guitar lines, expressive keyboards and evocative compositions, here we have a glimpse of what could be, in a world that is truly on the edge.

10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY EDITION OF BRUCE SOORD’S EPONYMOUS DEBUT ALBUM SET FOR RELEASE ON 30th MAY

REMASTERED AT HALF-SPEED AT ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS AND PRESENTED ON PEARL BLUE VINYL

A decade ago, Bruce Soord—the creative force behind The Pineapple Thief—released his eponymous debut solo album, a deeply personal exploration of memory, place, and identity. Now, ten years on, it is revisited in a newly remastered edition, mastered at half speed at Abbey Road Studios and presented on pearl blue vinyl, set for release on 30th May on Kscope.

‘He’s created something remarkable' - CLASSIC ROCK MAGAZINE

‘Soord has genuinely created something truly outstanding’PROG MAGAZINE

In contrast to the expansive, cinematic soundscapes of his band, Bruce Soord revealed a more introspective and organic side to his songwriting. Since its original release in 2015, Soord’s career has continued to evolve. As The Pineapple Thief’s principal songwriter and producer, he has guided the band through a series of acclaimed albums, including Your Wilderness (2016), Dissolution (2018), Versions of the Truth (2020), and 2024’s chart-topping It Leads to This, each refining and expanding the band’s distinctive fusion of progressive and alternative rock. Beyond his work with The Pineapple Thief, Soord has established himself as a sought-after producer and mix engineer, lending his expertise to artists such as TesseracT, Opeth, and Jethro Tull, while also continuing his solo work with All This Will Be Yours (2019) and Luminescence (2023).

2015 feels like yesterday, although a very different yesterday. My twin boys were 7 years old. My daughter, who is now 6, yet to be. I had just taken the jump to become a professional musician. And like many 'professionals' in the music industry, I was broke. Listening to this record takes me right back, the 'familiar patterns' of everyday life, 'the odds' of making any kind of real success out of my music, while languishing in my studio in my home town of Yeovil. Buried here. But there is one song on this record that probably says everything I ever wanted to say.  'Field Day Part 2' will forever have a special place in my heart. – Bruce Soord
