Feeling so awesome, you feel like Conan O’Brien.

“ROLL THE DICE”
A dark-ish & lowkey jam, pulsating with soft funk & drop-of-a-pin sensation. Sunglasses indoors. Rolled up cigarettes. You need to know the password to get in here, this club is the most exclusive in town. About feeling on-the-fence about a certain affair. Do we stay right here and keep it fun & casual, or do we take this to the next level, gamble it all for something even steamier. I don’t know the answer. That’s why I wrote this song.

Singer/Songwriter Tracey Coryell, wife of late guitar legend Larry Coryell, has released her new Dance-Rock single SWORDS!

SWORDS - A Winter. A howling deep from within, the expression of your true nature… a letting-go of the internal struggle. A releasing from the mental prison, the Winter of your mind. Acknowledging it’s simply a perception away…your desire, peace, satisfaction, balance.

Essentially SWORDS is about self sabotage... how we push away what we truly desire, be it with people, places or things… the subtle disconnect from our inner being.

Says Tracey, “I pulled the term SWORDS from the suit in the Tarot. Those of you who aren’t familiar with it, the symbolism of SWORDS in the Tarot represents the element of Air (my Sun sign Gemini), thoughts, communication and even heartache from either pain or pleasure. As I find Tarot useful in self-examination and discovery, I decided it would be a perfect fit to express the ever popular topic of shadow-work; the working on our darker sides; the parts of us that might be negative and not in alignment with Divine love.”

Songwriting is the creative outlet for Tracey Coryell’s expression of the divine and her personal therapeutic journey both inspired by celebrating the peaks and valleys of the human experience with an ever tethered Soul to Spirit...

The thirty year career of this singer/songwriter/recording artist has afforded her the opportunity to record with Grammy Award winning producers in Philadelphia, PA  (Al Alberts Jr, Sound Spa Studios)  & Miami, FL (Ron and Howard Alberts, AudioVision Studios) and perform with such greats as her late husband, renowned jazz guitarist Larry Coryell, guitarist Jorma Kaukonen (Jefferson Airplane), acclaimed jazz/rock drummer Alphonse Mouzon and the legendary Les Paul. Her children’s song-book “Tilikum’s Dream” was published by Eifrig Publishing in 2015 and she is a two-time recipient of the ‘Best Love Song’ award from the Songwriter’s Showcase of America (SSA). Two previous albums include, “Traceyland’s Emotional Roller-Coaster” (2002) and the album “Eleven:11” (2016). Coryell’s latest full-length album, “RaVel” dedicated to her late husband Larry Coryell, released in December of 2019 and features a ten-song collection of emotionally charged, heartfelt compositions delivered with her earthy, sultry, compelling vocals exploring and fusing the styles of pop, rock and countrypolitan.

Daniel Mauro reveals bittersweet new single 'Wish You Away'

 

Long Island, New York based singer-songwriter and producer Daniel Mauro is an independent artist on a mission to change the pop industry forever. Releasing unparalleled pop songs completely with a DIY nature, Daniel’s known for his engaging lyrics and eccentric production. Dora Donaldson is back with brand new offering 'You Wonder Why'

 

International singer-songwriter Dora Donaldson is back with her second single ‘You Wonder Why’ since moving to Malaysia. Dora is Hungarian-American-Swiss and is currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The product of a collaboration between two local Malayasian producers, the track was recorded and produced during one of the lockdowns in the past year. Vanessa Hillman returns with stunning new single 'Tongue Tied'

 

Having grown up attending local festivals and restaurants, Vanessa Hillman is certainly a captivating storyteller. Australian indie-pop artist Liam Cooper unveils single 'Another Lonely Night'

An artist whose musical career has always been written in the stars, Liam Cooper is back with brand new single ‘Another Lonely Night’. Raw Terra Releases First Two-Sided Single “Every Little Bit” and “I Don't Need You”!

Raw Terra released his new two-sided single on December 3, 2021! Raw Terra is the alter-ego of musician Richard d’Andrea. Primarily a bassist, he is also a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He was an early member of The Motels (in the historic Radio Free Hollywood lineup), The Know (with Gary Valentine and Joel Turrisi) and later forming Factor Four with Jeff Wolfe and joining The Roosters United with Jeff Jourard and Graham Daddy. He has also performed or recorded with many other musicians including Joan Jett, Michael Des Barres, The Halibuts, The Insect Surfers, The Furys, The Textones, The Roosters United, Bob Beland, Marc Platt, David Nigel Lloyd, Fur Dixon and Joao Erbetta.

After decades of playing in bands he decided to mix it up and embarked on solo recordings of his own compositions. 2018 marked the released of his first solo album “Mars 12, Earth 0” and soon after the same album's backing tracks: “Mars 12, Earth 0 - (Instrumentals)” (a nod to “Stack-o-Tracks”). The music ranges from Surf and Neo-60’s to driving Alt and Indie rock and ends with a hypnotic tone poem.

“Mystery Monkey Remix”, released August 2019, revisits and remixes two songs from that first album: “(Waitin’ for The) Mystery Train” is given a clearer, more punchier mix and “Monkey See, Monkey Do” is reworked with electric 12-string guitar and new vocals.

Original songs “Every Little Bit” and “I Don’t Need You” make up his first 2-sided single release (December 2021) and he is working on the other songs that will comprise his second, as yet unnamed, album. “Every Little Bit” has never been recorded or performed with a band while the song “I Don’t Need You” might have been heard being performed by the Factor Four band in the mid 80’s in Los Angeles. Both songs were recorded by Raw Terra this past spring and summer.

Says Richard, “My work on this CD or album has just begun and I’m releasing the songs as I finish them - on my first album I waited until all were finished (which took a long time) before releasing it. So, I thought I would try to do it incrementally this time. ‘Every Little Bit’ was written as a stream of consciousness but seems to have two main themes: one is about being fed up with certain aspects of life and the other a confession of attraction and desire for another. ‘I Don't Need You’ is a somewhat snotty break-up song - probably directed to the girl in the previous song! These are the first two songs finished and I also started on many others. Some are new while the older ones had been written with the band I was in at the time in mind. Elton John Guitar Legend Davey Johnstone To Release First Single ‘Melting Snow” From Forthcoming Solo Album!

• Brand new solo album from long-term Elton John guitarist Davey Johnstone

• Recorded during the pandemic hiatus that postponed Elton John’s Farewell Tour

• A personal triumph following his debut “Smiling Face” some 48 years after its 1973 release.

Davey Johnstone has been Elton John’s guitarist for 50 years. He has also played with Alice Cooper, John Lennon, Stevie Nicks, Lenny Kravitz and many, many more! In his role as Music Director he will resume the hugely successful Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour with Elton and the band in January 2022.

During the COVID-19 recess, Davey has recorded an album utilizing the incredible talents of his children, plus a few close friends. The album has a wide range and crosses genres.

Elliot, the youngest Johnstone, is lead vocalist on the record, with Davey supplying one lead vocal himself. Charlie Johnstone recorded many of the basic tracks at their home in California. Charlie also supplied keyboard and background vocal parts. Jesse Johnstone played drums remotely from his home in L.A. Jesse also joined his father and eldest sibling Tam Johnstone, on writing, recording and producing the album’s two instrumentals, “Black Scotland” and “Walt Dizney”. The beautiful artwork for the sleeve was conceived and designed by Juliet Johnstone.

Denny Seiwell, the legendary drummer from Paul McCartney and Wings helped out on three tracks, and Nigel Olsson supplied drums on “Melting Snow”.

Much of the recording was done by Major Wynn at Marlon Hoffman’s Kenrose Studio in California.

Davey Johnstone’s forthcoming full-length album titled “Deeper Than My Roots” will be available on Spirit of Unicorn Records in January 2022.
