THE FOLLOW UP TO THEIR 2020 ALBUM 'MONEY, LOVE, LIGHT'

Stockton, NJ - Blind Revolution is a modern Italian Hard Rock/AOR band from Sicily who were formed in 2010, by the brothers Simone and Cristiano Sipione, respectively guitars and vocals, who decided to give life to a new band after several previous musical endeavors. Known for their 80s-inspired sound with catchy riffs and big choruses, heavily influenced by classic bands like Journey, Whitesnake, and Bon Jovi. Their new album Far from the Sun released March 13^th through Deko Entertainment.

Driven by the will to honor their idols and music influences they found experienced bassist Massimiliano Ricciardo who was the perfect rhythm section partner. Natural chemistry was immediately born between the three, which soon became a great friendship. After a few personnel changes, they caught a lucky break and welcomed Giovanni Maucieri on drums, one of the most talented drummers in the area and completed the line-up of Blind Revolution. They released their debut album Money, Love, Light in 2020.

They are now following it up with their sophomore release Far From The Sun featuring ten brand new songs like the first single and title track “Far From The Sun”. Within a few months of starting production, arrangements for nearly half of the album were completed, however, one of the members had other commitments which caused a slowdown and prolonged the recording sessions. Thus, in 2024, after ten years with the band, drummer Giovanni Maucieri decides to leave to pursue other projects. The remaining members, however, didn’t lose heart and, after a few auditions, found Angelo Moretto to be the right person to step in and become the new official drummer.

The guys are very excited about their new release and as Cristiano explains, “Everyone says this about their own work, but we genuinely couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished with Far From the Sun. These songs represent exactly who Blind Revolution are today — one hundred percent.” Simone continues, “Far From the Sun is an album that reconnects you with your most visceral emotions: it can make you angry and fire you up, push you to reflect and then let yourself go. There was never another band like The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. They didn’t just play shows - they made every venue feel like their territory, told stories, cracked jokes, and then tore the roof off the place. Scotland has produced its share of musical legends, but SAHB remain something rarer still: a band whose myth came from the stage, night after night, sweat and swagger and steel-toe precision.

Good Evening Boys & Girls is the most comprehensive attempt yet to bottle that lightning. Gathering 16 previously unreleased live performances, this 21-CD set traces the group from the Marquee in ’73 through the band’s final run with the original lineup. It’s a tour through ballrooms, city halls, theatres and festivals - London, Newcastle, Glasgow, New York, Berlin, Reading - and the famous Glasgow Apollo Christmas Show of 1975, long spoken of in fan circles, now finally unearthed.

Much of what’s here comes straight from the source: soundboard and radio recordings, remastered with care by Pete Reynolds (Mott The Hoople, Fleetwood Mac, Wishbone Ash) to preserve their bite and atmosphere. You hear the band as the crew and punters heard them - gritty, elastic, unpredictable, and completely themselves. This is SAHB without varnish, and that’s exactly how it should be.

The box also digs into the story behind the noise. A 144-page hardback book tells the tale with unseen and rare photographs from Ian Dickson, Barry Plummer, Janet Macoska, Steve Emberton, Dick Barnatt, Michael Putland, Kevin Cummins and more, accompanied by new notes from longtime Harvey historian Martin Kielty. Much of the memorabilia - posters, passes, scraps, treasures - comes from Ted McKenna’s private archive and the remarkable collection of Martin Davies, offering a glimpse into the working life of a band that lived as hard as it played.

A replica Glasgow Apollo programme and a signed photograph from Zal Cleminson and Chris Glen complete the set - fittingly, since the box was made with the full cooperation of Zal Cleminson, Chris Glen and sonic architect Dave Batchelor and the estates of Alex, Ted and Hugh McKenna.

For longtime fans, Good Evening Boys & Girls is a chance to step back inside the halls where SAHB became SAHB. For anyone new, it’s an invitation into a world where theatre met street-corner grit, where humour sat beside heartbreak, and where a band of players followed a singular frontman into the wild every single night.

Uriah Heep’s Ex-Lead Singer Peter Goalby Announces the Completion and Release of his Long Lost Solo Album Don’t Think This Is Over - OUT NOW!

Peter Goalby was the lead singer of Uriah Heep, Trapeze and Fable but has now retired from the music industry after an illustrious career.

Peter had been living with the knowledge he’d recorded a solo album just after leaving Uriah Heep but it was only when a poorly labelled DAT was spotted, at a storage facility over 30 years later, that the lost album was found.

The album was finished when his Uriah Heep bandmates Mick Box (guitar) and John Sinclair (keys) added the final overdubs to the tracks in 2025.  The 9-track album was personally overseen (from tape transfer, mastering and artwork) by Peter Goalby.

Peter Goalby explained the background to the release: “In 1987 I was offered a recording and publishing contract with RAK Records just after I’d left Uriah Heep.  I thought these songs would be very commercial in the 1980s and Smokie recorded Fallin’ Apart. I later found out the master tapes had been lost and I silently carried the disappointment that music I’d put my heart and soul into was gone forever.  Never say never!”

Stocktom, NJ – Dokken, formed in Los Angeles in 1978, had several hit singles which charted on the Billboard Hot 100, such as “Alone Again”, “In My Dreams”, and “Burning Like a Flame”, and has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide. The classic Dokken line-up consisted of founder Don Dokken on vocals, George Lynch on lead guitar, Mick Brown on drums and Jeff Pilson on bass.

One Live Night is the 1996 semi-acoustic live album of the then reunited Dokken who recorded the album before a live audience at The Strand, an intimate concert venue in Redondo Beach, California, on December 13, 1994, and prior to their 1995 tour. Hard Rockers Hurricane Returns With Their First New Album In Over 20 Years!

The first single “Rock Star Cheater” Out Now in North America Through Deko Entertainment

Stockton, NJ – Hurricane was formed in 1983, originally featuring current Foreigner lead vocalist Kelly Hansen (vocals/rhythm guitar), Robert Sarzo (guitar), Tony Cavazo (bass), and Jay Schellen (drums) currently with Yes. Hurricane released four albums: Take What You Want (1985), Over the Edge (1988), Slave to the Thrill (1990), and Liquifury (2001). Over the Edge was their album featuring the charting song “I’m on to You,” which peaked at No. 33 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks Chart in 1988.

In 2010 Sarzo and Cavazo, founding members, reunited and recruited drummer Mike Hansen. In 2021 Australian-born singer Dan Schumann, best known as a member of the Las Vegas headliner vocal group Tenors of Rock, joined. Hurricane is now set to release its first new album in over 20 years, Reconnected. The album has 11 tracks including a rerecord of its Top 40 hit “I’m on to You,” a blistering cover of the Queen/David Bowie track “Under Pressure,” and its first single “Rock Star Cheater.”

In the summer of 1971, BANG, a trio from the Philadelphia area, decided to take a road trip to Florida to try their fortune. While buying some rolling papers in the Sunshine State, they learned about a Faces and Deep Purple concert nearby in Orlando. They showed up at the venue and brazenly declared they were ready to go on stage. The concert organizer asked them to set up and play for him. After a couple songs, he told them they were opening for Rod Stewart and Faces. Before they knew it, BANG was playing with Bachman Turner Overdrive, Deep Purple, Three Dog Night, Fleetwood Mac, Ike and Tina Turner, The Doobie Brothers, and even Black Sabbath. Capitol Records signed them, and three LPs were released.

The 1971 self-titled debut album “BANG” is considered an important forerunner to the early Doom Metal genre. Undoubtedly one of America’s heaviest 'proto-metal' bands from the period, BANG also had a strong sense of melodic power. The band’s versatility and songwriting skills are second to none. Highly regarded as a cult act by many for years, it’s now time for this truly amazing rock band to be enjoyed by a new audience worldwide!

It’s been nearly 20 years since the band’s previous studio album, two decades in which they’ve overcome incredible challenges, all to bring this epic slab of heavy, melodic psychedelic metal to their still loyal fanbase!

Rock Group “Midnight Daydream” Release Tribute To Late Guitarist Bruce Cameron

The writer, producer, engineer and main performer on the album is Riley Cameron, the son of the late guitarist Bruce Cameron, who tragically passed away in 1999 shortly after releasing his debut LP titled “Midnight Daydream”. An album that featured a plethora of rock legends. Inspired by his father’s work, the only viable option was to carry the musical legacy that his father left behind.

British Hard Rock Supergroup Snakecharmer “Anthology” 4-CD Box Set Feat. Former Members Whitesnake, Wishbone Ash, and Thunder Available For Pre-order

British hard rock supergroup Snakecharmer was formed in 2013 by former members of Whitesnake, Wishbone Ash, and Thunder.

The resulting line-up is a veritable who's-who of classic hard rock: Vocalist Chris Ousey (Heartland), Guitarist Laurie Wisefield (Wishbone Ash), Drummer Harry James (Thunder), and Keyboardist Adam Wakeman (Ozzy Osbourne) Guitarist Micky Moody (Whitesnake)

Given the band's pedigree, it was inevitable that the music would sound like good-time, classic melodic hard rock with a blues edge, their eponymous debut was released in 2013 by Frontiers. The response from fans and critics alike was rapturous, and the band toured to wide acclaim.

In 2015, Moody left the band, replaced by young Irish-born virtuoso Simon McBride. Snakecharmer's follow up album, Second Skin, arrived in 2017.

This 4-CD box set collects the bands two studio albums as well as two live shows from Milton Keynes which show the band at work in a live environment, the booklet has notes by Classic Rocks Dave Ling talking to the band about their career as well as newly mastered studio albums done by Tony Dixon.

Legendary Mountain Drummer Corky Laing has resurrected that iconic sound that put him, his fellow bandmates on the music charts, on the radio and in stadiums across the world just a bit over 50 years ago!

It seems that the spirits of the late Felix Pappalardi (Mountain) and Jack Bruce (West, Bruce & Laing/Cream) may have been present when Corky started writing and recording this classic record in a small studio in the heart of the Rock and Roll Rustbelt, Toledo Ohio.
