Progressive Pop Duo Last Plane Out To Release Second Album “Cautionary Tales” November 28

Swedish progressive pop act Last Plane Out will release their second album, Cautionary Tales (S-Rock/Border).

Streaming: November 28, 2025.

Vinyl: late January 2026.

The duo consists of Anders Lundquist (ex-Future Elephants) on guitars and lyrics, and Nils Erikson (ex-Karmakanic) on everything else.

Their self-titled 2024 debut album was met with national and international acclaim.

Media coverage included a full page interview in PROG Magazine, 4,5 stars out of 5 by Prog Radio, rave reviews by Nordic Music Central, Epic Prog Radio, and features on Progzilla Radio and Game of Prog. The song ”Strange Love” and the album were both nominated for Rocknytt Awards in Sweden.

Last Plane Out cite David Bowie, David Sylvian, Elbow, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, Rupert Hine, The Blue Nile, The Beatles and ELO among their influences.
