From Rock & Roll to the Broken Roads, The Journey that led them to become, THE RISE ABOVE. Made up of Music Legends, 2 time Grammy Award Winning JAY DEMARCUS of RASCAL FLATTS, former lead singer and drummer of JOURNEY, DEEN CASTRONOVO, and JASON SCHEFF, lead vocalist and bass player for the multi-platinum band Chicago for over 30 years. In the beginning of 2020 the band got together with the intent to form a supergroup with a purpose, to bring 80’s Rock and Classic music back to life. The group has spent the past 9 months in the studio working on their debut album set to release in 2021.

Big Zero Release New Retro-Flavoured EP ‘Mainstream Propaganda’

Influenced by late-70s/early-80s New Wave Punk, upcoming band Big Zero release this exciting new EP ‘Mainstream Propaganda’. It’s a politically-charged anti-establishment record for the modern age.

There are hints of Talking Heads and Blondie in the guitars and lyrics, whilst ‘Turn Up Your Radio’ could even sports a vocal style similar to The Police’s Sting.

The EP is colourful and proof of a band with a clear and promising sound and vision.

Vida Double A-side Single ‘Electric Lady’/’Fade Away’

A truly exciting band who have been likened to some of the shining lights of UK indie, Vida are a British four piece who are going places. Drawing comparisons to a wide ranging indie catalogue, including the likes of Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, The Black Keys, Miles Kane and more, their growing reputation has seen them garnering recognition from some of the country’s top tastemakers.
