Kidfluence Television Extends Reach, Partners With Global Broadband Television Company IVNET.TV

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Delray Beach, Florida--November 6, 2006-- CoMatrix Media is developing a new television program entitled Kidfluence TV which focuses on real life issues that effect today’s youth. In a forum setting, parents, teens, tweens, professionals, advocates and other diverse guests will gather to share and explore the vital issues that our youth face. Kidfluence Television is solution based; and the goal is to increase the social conscience of its viewers.

Kidfluence addresses topics such as juvenile delinquency, teenage pregnancy, peer pressure, underage drinking, academics, video games, dealing with divorce of parents, and much more. CoMatrix Media also plans to produce short PSA’s that will be cataloged on the Kidfluence website. These educational and instructional clips serve as incredible resources for parents, children and teenagers. “The prevalence of youth issues today serves Kidfluence well, says Steve Ruprecht, Creator and Executive Producer of Kidfluence Television” “It allows us to intensify the spotlight on educating our kids and stressing the necessity of proper parental guidance”.

Kidfluence will not only focus on discussing the issues of importance, but is also committed to supporting literacy and education on a global perspective. IVNET.TV is a worldwide broadcasting network that features independent films, live concerts, live 24/7 internet radio, and streaming content from around the world.

This partnership will increase the overall reach of Kidfluence Television. “It allows our show to reach more viewers, through many mediums. The more eyes on our show and understanding of the vital issues, the better,” adds Josh Epstein, Marketing Representative for Kidfluence Television. Additionally, IVNET.TV will have the opportunity to incorporate content from Kidfluence Television episodes and PSA’s, and use the material as a continued resource.

Every month, Kidfluence seeks the participation of kids, tweens, and teens. They have initiated a writing competition that will inspire real stories written by kids. Each month a strategic partner will sponsor the competition. The first partner involved will be the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC). The MSPCC is a private, nonprofit society dedicated to leadership in protecting and promoting the rights and well being of children and families.

The goal for this competition is to encourage tweens and teens to express themselves and open up about their own experiences. Kidfluence provides prizes to the individual responsible for contributing the most poignant piece.

Additionally, Kidfluence Television is seeking both partner and sponsorship involvement.
